About the Business
At Augustine Clement we provide a legal service, which makes commercial sense to the client. We are able to achieve this by adopting a project-based approach to our services. We have access to a network of lawyers with extensive experience in all areas of commercial law. Their experience has been gained working in leading commercial practices in the UK and abroad. All have augmented their skills and experiences by working in in-house positions in some of the leading companies in the UK. With this unique blend of general commercial expertise and industry specific experiences, we are able to bridge the gap that may sometimes appear between legal advice and commercial realities. In addition, because we assemble the team required to provide the service only when needed, our clients are not paying for down-time or as is commonly referred to in the industry "thinking time".
