About the Business
David Brooks, the firm's principal, qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and has practised in partnership in London, Hertfordshire and Sussex before arriving in Shipston-on-Stour nearly 15 years ago. For over 35 years he has specialised in civil litigation and family work and subsequently conveyancing. He has extensive experience in children and family matters, employment, contract disputes and personal injury claims. He has represented clients in all the local County Courts as well as arranging representation for clients in the High Court.
