If you just want advice or assistance with court proceedings, but not representation at court, we can help you, and can agree a FIXED FEE with you. We can review the case and court papers, or prepare them for you, for one or more stages. We can explain the law and tell you what is required, to help you to manage it and to go to court confidently prepared. We can advise on how to deal with the other party and their solicitors, and the court. This might be a cheaper option for you than full representation.
