Davina Kirby & Co. is a specialist Family Law Practice, based in Amersham and Marylebone, providing legal advice, mediation and collaborative law. Our client base extends throughout the south east of the country and abroad. We have experience in a variety of cases including those with significant assets and with an international element, not only in Europe but including the Far East also. We appreciate that litigation is difficult at the best of times but when it involves a member of your family it can be emotionally demanding.
Our aim is to provide professional, proportionate and sympathetic advice whilst endeavouring to achieve an appropriate outcome for your family problem. We provide an initial 30 minute free consultation when we will explain to you the different processes available. We will see clients out of hours and on Saturdays if required. We are members of Resolution and Davina Kirby is a Resolution trained Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer.
