About the Business
We focus on the needs of small and medium sized businesses, advising them on company commercial and commercial property matters. Our clients include trading companies, technology companies, professional services firms and property investors, developers, landlords and tenants.
Paul Dixon and Oliver Phillips started the practice in 2009, having previously worked together at a large regional firm and having identified that there was a shortage of lawyers dedicated to meeting the particular needs of small and medium sized businesses and start-ups. These needs are not always served adequately by larger firms, setting their sights on higher value work or by traditional high street practices, lacking relevant expertise.
By placing a high value on client relations and personal service, our approach is based on finding out what is important to our clients and focusing our advice accordingly.
