MR GARNER has been practising law since 1980 when he qualified as a solicitor and has continued to offer LEGAL SERVICES to private clients as a private consultant. EAGLE-LEGAL is a general practice firm located in SAFFRON WALDEN covering most areas of general practice ranging from DIVORCE, WILLS, PROBATE, DEBT COLLECTION AND PROPERTY MATTERS.
