About the Business
At Family Law Solutions we know that discussing family issues can be difficult. We spend time with each client to understand their concerns and focus on their priorities. At FLS we want our clients to have the confidence that we will listen, help and support them through a difficult time in their life. FLS are members of Resolution and the Law Society Family Law Panel. We have also obtained Lexcel accreditation. Resolution - First for Family Law believes that family law disputes should be dealt with in a way designed to preserve people's dignity and to encourage agreements.
The cornerstone of Resolution's membership is adherence to the Code of Practice, which sets out the principles of a non-confrontational approach to family law matters. The principles of the Code are widely recognised and have been adopted by the Law Society as recommended good practice for all family lawyers.
