Our resident Partner in Beccles is Greta Tancred, who is also head of our Private Client department. Greta has worked for many years in the Waveney area and advises on a broad range of issues, including Trust and Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax Planning. Emma Cooper is our conveyancing partner and heads up our friendly and experienced residential property team. Christine Stockdale is the head of our Family department. She is one of the region's most respected family solicitors and is very experienced in all aspects of family and relationship breakdowns, including issues regarding children.
