About the Business
Fiona Bailey is the Senior Partner and joined Haywards in 1988 when she moved from Lancashire to Suffolk. Fiona is a specialist Child Care and Family Solicitor. She undertakes all her own advocacy work representing clients in complicated and lengthy court cases ensuring continuity of representation. Outside of the office Fiona is a Cub Scout Leader, she also enjoys gardening and walking with her family. Fiona is married with one teenage son.
Louise Goodenough graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree in 1998. Following a spell working in marketing, Louise commenced her legal career in 2002 at a firm of solicitors in Bury St Edmunds. Louise joined Haywards in 2004 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in October 2008. Louise became a Partner with Fiona in December 2009 and heads up the Wills and Probate Department. Louise specialises in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax Planning.
