Crewe, Cheshire

Expectation management is extremely poor - for a simple property purchase with no chain, I was assured that this would be simple and a date for completion was agreed. I’ve now been waiting on reports for weeks, having been promised them weeks ago. Dodging my phone calls, not responding to my emails in a timely manner, and certainly not at all bothered about providing anything like a transparent or professional service. I will not be using them again.
