KATE PERRY Partner Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives qualified as a Lawyer in 2002. MELANIE TOWNSEND Partner Solicitor qualified in 1998. Prior to joining the practise in February 2012 Melanie ran her own sole practice of Townsend Solicitors. She became a partner within the firm on the retirement of Antony Holmes. Melanie specialises in all areas of property law and her niche specialism is commercial property law.
LILI YUNG BICKNELL Solicitor qualified in 1993. She joined the practise in June 2013 and handles all residential conveyancing matters at our Broadway office. She specialises in all aspects of Conveyancing work. She has been practising in the counties of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire since 1998. JULIE JENNER is the Broadway office's conveyancing assistant with over 8 years of experience in this legal field.
