We are a private client niche practice specialising in the legal protection of the vulnerable. We specialise in Court of Protection law; safeguarding the vulnerable adult and child including handling deprivation of liberty matters; elderly client law; community care law (including handling Judicial Review cases) and compensation protection. We can also act for care homes in all of the above matters. In addition, we offer expert witness services in relation to deputyship and personal injury trust vehicles arising from personal injury; clinical negligence or Criminal Injury Compensation Authority claims.
