Plymouth, DevonSeems to be a familiar pattern with reviews on this company. Like others who have reviewed, we have been waiting over 8 years for my Dad's estate to be resolved and it's still ongoing with no updates whatsoever.
Charging for fees when nothing is actually being done. Losing money/properties and completely unable to get in touch with them. When I call off a number they do not recognise, they answer funnily enough.
As well as this, we have discovered that Denyse has told the beneficiaries different versions of the truth and unfortunately has caused friction in the family.
Does not seem to care about the lives of those having to go through this, just as long as her invoices are paid.
Money/properties/businesses/inheritance isn't important. Closure is important and we can't get closure due to the negligence shown on Marshalls part.
The words evil and heartless come to mind.
