We prefer to be a master of one than being a jack of all. After being treated the way I was at my previous employers, I had no choice but to resign and jump onto the un-employment road. My sister had advised me to take them to court for what they had done. I went in search for a no win - no fee Solicitor as this was the only option I had at the time. Subject to a favourable assessment of the merits and depending upon the value of your claim, we may offer to represent you on a No Win No Fee basis.
Our usual fee for representing in this way is usually calculated as a maximum of 35% (including VAT) of any damages they recover for you either by way of a negotiated settlement of your claim or after a Tribunal hearing plus payment of any disbursements incurred on your behalf (limited to travel costs).
