About the Business
Simply, we are Victoria Oerton and Graham Simm, and together we have over 34 years experience of advising in family law cases. We worked together in Exeter for 5 years before deciding to set up in private practice here in Taunton. We work as a team so that we combine our collective experience and views in order to find the best solution for you. We know that Family Law can appear daunting, it's language foreign, it's approaches confusing, but there is more than one approach to all problems, and we are alive to the fact that what may suit one individual may be wholly unsuitable for another.
