About the Business
All our lawyers are fully qualified solicitors. This is of particular benefit to clients as all solicitors are subject to strict rules of professional conduct and must hold compulsory indemnity insurance to ensure that clients will be fully compensated if an error does occur. Many clients are not aware of the dangers of instructing unqualified legal representatives who do not hold such insurance. All our fee earners can be accessed by email directly if clients find this more convenient. In addition, we can see clients at a time which suits them, if necessary in the evening or at the weekend. We also offer home visits in appropriate cases if clients cannot make it to the office. We have a permanent 24 hour emergency telephone line for all our client's urgent legal queries of any nature.
