We have years of experience as employment solicitors in advising clients on compromise agreements and as such, feel we excel in this area and can provide you with a quality service. A compromise agreement is an agreement made on termination of employment which must meet certain statutory requirements for it to be enforceable. Invariably they include an offer of an ex gratia payment by the employer which may be tax free up to Ј30,000.
