Established in 1969 Paschal J O'Hare Lawyers in Belfast and Carrickfergus has earned a deserved reputation as a dynamic and progressive Law firm in Northern Ireland in the area of personal injury. Patrick is the second generation of the O'Hare family running the business following in the footsteps of his late father and founder of the practice Paschal J O'Hare Solicitors. Melanie graduated from Queen's University, Belfast in 2005 having completed her undergraduate degree in Law with Politics.
She subsequently undertook professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen's University Belfast, where she qualified as a solicitor, being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2007. Melanie is a specialist in the Administration of Estates, drafting of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and applications to the Office of Care & Protection in relation to elderly and vulnerable clients.
