Paul specialises in all aspects of family law with a specific focus on financial settlements following a divorce, relationship breakdown or the dissolution of a civil partnership. Paul offers specialist advice in relation to pensions and the effect that a separation or divorce can have on your future retirement provision. In this area, he regularly provides seminars and advice to the emergency services, armed forces, NHS and teachers unions. In addition, he regularly acts for and appears in court on behalf of clients who are involved in disagreements over issues relating to children.
Paul has recently appeared before the Court of Appeal in London where he successfully appealed an earlier decision in connection with a significant dispute relating to a child. Paul prides himself on being approachable but also on being very straightforward and honest in his advice to his clients. Away from the office Paul enjoys spending time with his partner Louise and his 4 girls.
