We will react immediately to any requests to attend local Magistrates and Police Stations which we attend every day. We also undertake agency work for other firms of Solicitors at Police Stations and Courts. Peter Clarke Solicitors LLP was founded in 2013 by the three Partners, Peter Clarke, John Platts and David Adams taking over and greatly expanding the original firm Peter Clarkes Solicitors in Totton which operated from the same office since 1993.
We have a wealth of experience in dealing with all criminal and road traffic offences and where needed we have strong associations with the criminal bar to ensure you have access to the best Barristers to represent you in more serious cases at the Crown Court. We have a strong support team and are able to offer a 24 hour service 365 days of the year for representation and advice at police stations.
