The Simply Conveyancing brand was established in 2000 and today we complete thousands of transactions each year for our clients. We are ranked by the Land Registry in the top 25 of conveyancing companies in the UK by volume, from over 6000 law firms. Moving home can be a stressful time and our job is to make that process as smooth as possible for our customers. We achieve this through a culture of 'Customer Excellence' and we are passionate about it! To us, customer excellence is about exceeding customer expectations not just meeting them.

That is why the vast majority of our work is referred to us by estate agents and mortgage brokers who trust our high levels of customer service sufficiently to recommend us to their clients.
