Simpson Jones are the property law specialists. We have purposely made a decision to specialise and focus on property (both residential and commercial) because this is our area of expertise and where our real passion lies. No two property transactions are ever the same. Whether it is an odd restrictive covenant from 100 years ago, an issue with a right of way or some unregistered land we will work with you and for you to overcome any problems and ensure that your sale and purchase process smoothly and any risks are minimised.
