About the Business
I am an Employment Law Specialist with over 23 years experience - which began with the then in-house legal department of the British Railways Board - and I combine my legal training and expertise with practical business skills to provide advice, support and assistance to employers and employees on the full range of employment law issues - from recruitment to termination, including employment tribunal representation. In my last role, I was a member of the employment team in a large solicitors firm in Central London. I decided however, that I could do things diferently and better on my own and offer clients much better value for money, while still providing a first class service. So on 1st June 2013 I launched sMaRT Employment Law.
