The firm is led by Iain Stark, a Costs Lawyer who has over 25 years experience specialising in advocacy. As a firm of Costs Lawyers we accept all types of legal costs work, from preparing statements of costs to the preparation of formal bills for detailed assessment. We regularly attend detailed assessment hearings in all parts of England and Wales and represent clients at all levels within the Court system ranging from the County Court to the Supreme Court.
