Hassocks, West SussexI was very disappointed with this service after being charged for emails that I made a point of stating I did not need. I'd repeatedly made it clear that I would be in touch when I was ready to provide more info, but the solicitor sent out multiple chasing emails which she then charged me for. I understand it is customary for solicitors to charge for correspondence but the chasing emails were cursory and contained nothing of substance. They could easily have been written by a junior member of staff instead. It all felt very mercenary and I have decided to use another solicitor to handle my case.
