About the Business
At The Eric Whitehead Partnership we offer the highest level of legal services to our clients. Eric W B Whitehead started the firm in the 1950s as a sole practitioner. The firm has its offices in the Staffordshire market town of Cheadle and has three Directors, Nicolas John, Timothy Halliday BA (Hons) and Nicholas J John BA (Hons). The Directors are assisted by Elizabeth Halliday LLB (Hons), LLM and the firm's Civil Litigation Executive, Kevin J Bowden.
The Eric Whitehead Partnership has joined a select group of legal firms to have been awarded The Law Society's Lexcel award. This award is described by The Law Society as "an effective way to assure quality services in the legal profession". The Lexcel award is only given to those firms which achieve outstanding standards in client care, practice management and case management.
The firm has also recently been awarded Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Accreditation by the Law Society.
